The purpose of this job is to execute appropriate tasks in a timely and accurate fashion and to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous, service to all Departments, Customers, and Insurance Company personnel.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing Agency Services Department functions and duties in a timely and accurate manner as directed by Agency Services Manager - including but not limited to:
Processing Endorsements/Endorsement Follow Up, Final Audits, Loss Run Requests and Cancellation/Premium Due Notices workflow.
Retrieve, process and distribute online policy information in a timely and accurate manner as required.
Processing and Distributing Incoming and Outgoing Agency Mail as required.
Back-up to Agency Services Manager for Office Supply operations as needed.
Assist agency departments with system data in-put as needed/required.
Assist with Daily Down-Load Processing as needed.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the agency management system Knowledge of operating a multi-line telephone system Understanding of agency workflow and processes Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have good keyboarding skills Adaptable and flexible - have well-developed work habits and the ability to get things done Ability to work with a diverse group of employees Minimum of 2 years' experience in an agency environment or 2 year experience with an insurance company or 4 years of experience in a customer support role.
High school diploma College education desired.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
