Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok - Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy - Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices - Engage with followers and respond to comments in a timely manner - Stay informed about the latest social media tools, trends, and platforms
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required) - Strong personal social media presence is preferred but not required - Familiarity with Square software is a plus - Ability to conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies - Experience in advertising, e-commerce, or public relations is a plus -Understanding the importance of maintaining a personal professional social media presence in respect to the business We want our social media manager to be a reflection of us.
With that being said, it is preferred to be open to different services we offer.
Lash extensions, lash lifts/tints, brow shaping, hair coloring/cuts, & more.
If hired you will be required to sign a non-compete agreement.
Overall, we are looking for someone creative, organized, and driven.
Someone who can curate interactive content and maintain this on multiple social media platforms.
Knowing how to connect and engage with others, and someone who is consistent in every aspect of the position.
