Experience Description: None Experience Minimum Required: One year of hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent. Experience Preferred/Desired: One year of supervisory experience Education Description: See Licensure Education Minimum Required: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.). Education Desired/Preferred: Post-graduate education in health-system pharmacy services Training Description: None Training Minimum Required: None Training Desired/Preferred: BLS and/or ACLS certification, PGY-1 Pharmacy resdiency and/or equivalent experience. Special Skills Description: Computer literacy, interpersonal skills, general clinical awareness. Special Skills Minimum Required: Basic computer literacy and communication skills. Cognitive ability to interpret and understand written medication orders and reference materials; accuracy and attention to detail required. Special Skills Desired/Preferred: Advanced computer order entry literacy, Microsoft Office applications, clinical experience. High-level cognitive ability to interpret and understand written medication orders and reference materials. Licensure Description: Current, active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure for appropriate state or eligibility for licensure. Must acquire licensure within 90 days of hire date. Licensure Minimum: PHARMACIST-FOR APPROPRIATE STATE Licensure Preferred: None
