Building Services Specialist
As a Building Services Specialist, You will develop and approve property management policies, programs and directives and regulations for implementation throughout field/service center locations. You will be responsible for developing and authorizing contract and lease quality assurance support programs on behalf of the customer agency and in line with all applicable requirements with respect to contract support activities. You will also operate as a technical specialist, working in collaboration with and in support to customers, proactively translating customer requirements into technical options and solutions, resulting in technical projects to address evolving customer workplace needs. This experience must include:
(1) serving as a technical expert on building mechanical and electrical systems (2) reviewing and monitoring building services and/or leasing contracts (3) overseeing energy management/conservation programs; and (4) coordinating repair and alterations construction projects.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
